2012 Membership Renewal Letter
Membership Fees
From 1 April 2011, the annual fee payable will be:
- Single Adult : £30
- Senior and Student Membership : £15
New members joining between 1 October and 31 December, will pay
50% of the annual membership fees, and those joining between 1
January and 31 March will pay 25% of the above fees.
Weekly Subscriptions
Any new members, including those new to running, will be allowed
up to 4 weeks grace prior to being asked to formally join the club
/ pay the relevant annual membership fee. Thereafter, attendees
will be asked to contribute to club funds on the basis of £1 per
week.
Payment
As previously the membership fees will be payable by cash, or
preferably cheque, to either Roger Whitehill or Clair Budd.
However, the easiest and simplest way to renew is by internet
transfer. You can do this by paying your fees into the Sedgefield
Harriers HSBC account. Please email Roger (roger.w@sedgefieldharriers.com)
